Everyone thinks Sebastian is a big time flirt, when he actually is not. He just has that kind of personality and energy that people often mistake as him flirting. In reality he just enjoys talking with people. It has led to a few awkward instances with a few of his classmates he thought they were having a nice ol’ chat but then he was “turned down” when he was just trying to be friendly.

Literally I always thought he was just friendly when I first saw him in the game. Some people just have that sort of personality (which is extremely attractive, yes, but still)
Sebastian is very charming and charismatic in general, and that could lead people to think he’s flirting when he’s just being himself (good for him tho)
